Is your website secure?At Statues Online, we work hard to ensure that our website is as secure as possible.  Our website uses the most effective SSL encryption technology to transfer your details securely. With this technology, it is impossible for someone to intercept your details as they are being transferred.  To verify that our website is secure, look for the following when going through the Checkout:  1) The full web address begins with “https” instead of “http”.  2) A little locked padlock or solid key will display at the bottom of your browser.  3) Double click on the padlock or key to view further security details, as verified by the secure certificate authority, Comodo CA Limited.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?Please check individual product details for information on delivery times. As a rule though, most orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks.
Can the driver place the item/s in my garden?Yes, providing access to the garden is easy, the driver can leave your order in your garden. If access to your garden is difficult, we will need you to contact us beforehand. We will also ask you to wait to meet the driver on the day of delivery. Please do not expect the driver to hang heavy items on walls, put statues on plinths, or place items in difficult locations.
I need my order to be delivered sooner, is this possible?Yes, this is often possible by private carriers. Please contact us, listing the product/s that you are interested in and your postal address for more information. Note: Private carriers are not obligated to help position your order.
I live outside mainland England and Wales, can you deliver to my house?If you live outside central England and Wales (in Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands etc.) please contact us for a shipping quote. Unfortunately we do not ship outside mainland U.K., including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight.
I live outside the UK but want to order a product to be delivered in the U.K. Is this possible?Yes, we accept orders from customers living outside the U.K. providing the order is to be delivered within mainland U.K. Please contact us by telephone (0117 230 5151) or through the Contact Us page for more information.
What if I am not available to receive the delivery?If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be deposited in a safe location (i.e. in your garden), or with a neighbour. Please give us instructions regarding delivery when you place your order or through the Contact Us page.
What if I miss the delivery?A failed delivery will incur additional charges, as the order may have to be shipped by courier. In the event of this, please contact us through the Contact Us page for more information.
What if my order is damaged when it arrives?When your order is delivered please check the item/s thoroughly before signing for the delivery. If you do not have a chance to inspect the goods please sign as ‘unchecked’. If your item/s arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What if I don’t like the product?If you decide that you don’t like the product please contact us within 7 days of the delivery. We will then arrange a collection and offer you a refund on the sale price providing the item/s is returned in good condition. Unfortunately we will have to charge for collecting the product. We will also charge a restocking fee which will be 15% of what you originally paid for the item. Note: The collection charge may be higher than the standard £25 delivery fee as we may have to use a private courier.
How can I pay for my order?We can only accept payment by Paypal at the moment, but we expect this to change in the near future. Paypal is a secure method of payment used by many online retailers. If you have any questions about Paypal, or would like to create an account with them, please visit the Paypal website.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?After you have completed your order you will receive an automated confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of placing your order please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you don’t see it there, please contact us.
My question isn’t answered here, what can I do?Please feel free to contact us with your query. We try our hardest to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
